• Uphold our community values of connection, growth, and positive energy
• Keep member information and event details confidential
• Not use member contact information for commercial purposes without permission
• Report any concerns or violations to our team

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Some events may require payment for venue costs, food, or experiences. Payment terms will be clearly communicated in event details.

Refund policies vary by event and will be specified at the time of registration. Generally:

• Refunds may be available if cancellation is made within the specified timeframe
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows
• We reserve the right to cancel events and will provide full refunds in such cases

If you need to cancel your attendance at an event:

You participate in events at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety and well-being.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Velvet Gate operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
